All KTPG meetings are open to the public. Meetings are generally held on the second Wednesday of every month, though the schedule may occasionally vary. For
upcoming meetings, please see the schedule below. Unless
otherwise noted, meetings are normally held at Franklin Elementary Auditorium
(4481 Copeland Drive, San Diego, CA, 92116t) at 6:30 PM. However, the schedule and location do vary; please see the agenda for each month's meeting for full details.
We strive to post an agenda at the Kensington branch of the San
Diego library 72 hours ahead of each
meeting. You can also register with the City of San Diego to receive an
agenda sent to you via e-mail. To register, you can fill out a
paper form at one of the KTPG meetings. Times listed on the
agenda are approximate. Items may be heard before, on,
or after their listed times.
Franklin Elementary school is closed during the summer so it is espectially important to check the agenda for summer meeting locations. It is possible that one or more summer meetings may be cancelled, depending on the amount of business for KTPG and the availability of an alternate meeting location.
Historically, the KTPG has chosen to cancel one meeting during the winter holiday season. In 2008, for example, the December meeting did not occur. In 2009, KTPG elected not to meet in November.
