"Little Red House" at 4496 Euclid

At the September, 14, 2011 and October 12, 2011 KTPG meetings, community members spoke during public comment period on a property at 4496 Euclid Avenue, which they believe is blighted. The property is sometimes referred to as the "Little Red House". They have contacted the property owner, Mr. Roger Utt, but have not been satisfied with the response recieved so far. They have requested KTPG send a letter to the City asking the City to force the property owner to make repairs. The item was referred to the Communications Subcommittee for consideration at the meeting of October 26, 2011 and the subcommittee voted to recommend the KTPG send a letter to the City urging action on the house.
