Public Right-of-Way Enhancement Program

The Pulic Right of Way Enhancement Program (PROW) is an initiatie of the Business Improvement District Council. As of April, 2011, the KTPG has not taken a position on the initiative. The KTPG is formulating a list of quesitons to learn more about the initiative.

According to the Business Improvement District Council, the purpose of the PROW is to optimize the growth and income of retail businesses and restaurants by allowing and encouraging the use of portions of the public right-of-way between the curb and the adjacent property line.
